CinematicFlow.ai provides AI video prompting resources, templates, and educational content designed to help users optimize their use of AI video generation platforms such as Runway, Luma, and Sora.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

All content, prompts, templates, and materials provided through the Service are the intellectual property of Fiveupclub INC. You may use these materials for your personal or commercial video projects but may not redistribute, resell, or share them with non-subscribers.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Redistribute or resell our content
• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Limitation of Liability

Fiveupclub INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
